Meet Candace Spann

I founded Abundant Life Restore in 2016, inspired by my love language of "Gift Giving" and my creative knack for transforming old things into something new. It began with gifting family and friends, refurbishing old chairs, and offering advice on redecorating spaces. After successfully completing several projects and being compensated for my services, I realized my passion for leaving a lasting impression on every room I designed. I wanted my clients to experience the same abundant life that God has blessed me with through my work.
Over the years, I discovered the profound impact I could have on the lives of others and their environments. From public speaking engagements to hands-on projects that revitalized spaces, I found joy in helping others spruce up their homes. I realized my true gift was being a visionary, bringing to life the ideas and dreams I envisioned for each space.
Abundant Life Restore is built on the foundation of John 10:10: "When Jesus came, He came so that we might have life and have it more abundantly." The abundant life I have received, I strive to pour into every aspect of my business. Through our work, we aim to create spaces that not only look beautiful but also uplift and inspire those who inhabit them.
THE DESIGNER

THE REALTOR
A proud Charleston, SC native and a multifaceted entrepreneur with a heart for helping others create a life they love. I wear many hats: Realtor, Interior Designer, and Marketing Strategist with a boutique content creation studio. But beyond the titles, I’m someone who knows what it’s like to build a dream from the ground up—one bold step at a time.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from Lander University, which gave me a strong foundation in entrepreneurship, branding, and strategic thinking. But the lessons that shaped me most came from real life—navigating setbacks, seizing unexpected opportunities, and trusting God in every season.

Before real estate, before design clients, and before building brands—I was a college graduate living in Section 8 housing, printing resumes and walking into home builders’ offices asking for interviews. I didn’t have it all figured out, but I had faith, grit, and vision.
